Early Signup Privacy Notice

What this notice covers

This notice covers information submitted through Meridian's early-signup, readiness, referral and support journeys before service activation.

Information we may collect

• name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number and country or region;
• preferred Meridian package and devices you expect to use;
• the types of entertainment services you already use, when you choose to provide that information;
• a referral code, if one applies;
• signup, support and service-readiness activity needed to manage your request.

How we use it

We use this information to manage your Meridian request, prevent duplicate or fraudulent records, attribute referrals, provide operational updates, prepare activation, support your account, and improve the signup experience. Marketing messages are separate and should only be sent where you have chosen to receive them or another valid basis applies.

Service providers and security

Meridian may use service providers for forms, account hosting, email delivery, customer support and service provisioning. We limit sensitive information in customer-facing systems and do not ask you to send passwords, OTPs, PINs, payment-card details or online-banking credentials through a referral contact or ordinary email.

Retention and choices

Readiness records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage your request, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. You may ask Meridian to correct your signup information or stop optional marketing messages. Operational messages about a request you keep open may still be needed.
